Service and seller
Bubu Studio AI is provided by «ՏՈՆՈՅԱՆ ԷՅ ԱՅ» ՍՊԸ in the Republic of Armenia. The Company page identifies the registered business and public contacts. These terms describe the product and paid-service contract; checkout and AI generation are currently disabled.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and use only content you are entitled to upload. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass credit or tenant controls, abuse the service, infringe rights or submit unlawful content. Report suspected compromise to support.
Subscriptions and credits
Subscriptions use monthly or yearly billing periods and may renew through the configured payment provider until canceled. Basic provides 540 credits and 3 Generate jobs/month; Pro 1440 and 8; Business 3600 and 20. Yearly billing does not grant all annual credits upfront. Credits refresh monthly without rollover; no plan is unlimited. Add-ons expire after 12 months. The Pricing page lists exact USD and fixed RUB amounts.
Generation and output
One Generate uses 180 Bubu credits for 3 candidates of 5 seconds each at 720x1280 through the Runway Gen-4.5 architecture. Generation is disabled until separately authorized. AI output can be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other output; quality, uniqueness and a particular creative result are not guaranteed. You must review output before use.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you already hold in uploaded content. You authorize processing needed to provide the selected product function. Uploading does not transfer ownership to Bubu. Use generated output only where you have the necessary rights; third-party rights and applicable provider terms may restrict use. No exclusive copyright in AI output is promised.
Delivery and availability
Only authoritative server verification of successful payment can activate an entitlement and its credits. A browser return or redirect is not payment proof. Successful supported media becomes available for preview/export. Availability can depend on maintenance, networks and configured providers; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Cancellation and support
Recurring subscriptions can be canceled to prevent future renewal. Paid-period access follows the provider/product state. The Refund / Cancellation page explains reviewable failures, duplicate charges and technical credit settlement. Contact support@tonoyanai.com or +37477050166.
