Cancel renewal
You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewal. Applicable paid-period access continues according to the authoritative provider and product state. When payment management is enabled it must confirm the provider state; an unverified browser message is not cancellation proof. You can contact support for cancellation assistance.
Payment review
Duplicate charges and technical failures where the purchased service was not delivered may be reviewed and refunded when appropriate. Contact support with the transaction reference and issue description; never send full card details. No arbitrary 30-day guarantee or tax outcome is promised.
Credits and creative output
Unused or released Bubu units follow the approved technical settlement record. Failed or canceled unsettled units are released; already consumed units follow their recorded outcome. Consumed AI generation is not automatically refundable solely because the creative result is disliked.
Mandatory rights and current state
Mandatory statutory rights always remain applicable. Payments, real refunds and Runway generation are disabled in this release. This page does not perform a charge, refund or cancellation itself.
